Waxing FAQ's

  • We operate the following days and hours

    Tuesday - 9am - 4pm

    Wednesday - 9am - 7pm

    Thursdsay - 9am - 4pm

    Friday - 9am - 4pm

    Saturday - 8:30am - 12pm

  • I understand life happens and things can occur that means we need to change our plans. When you book an appointment with me, you will receive a reminder text.

    If for any reason you can not attend, please reschedule with at least 12hours notice. Non-attendance will incur a 50% cancellation fee (based on your missed treatment).

  • Our current policy is as follows.

    Please arrive 5 mins early and text me when you have arrived. I will message you back to either come in or let you know much longer I will be with a current client. Due to COVID restrictions, I only have myself and one client in the studio at any given time.
    Please ensure you scan our COVID tracer QR code and have your Vaccination Passport ready for scan.
